Little Pandas (ages 3-6)
This program is specially designed for students ages 3 to 6 years olds, and prepares them for a regular Taekwon-Do training. We focus this program in the mental and physical development of children, increasing their confidence, discipline self steem, listening and social skills and essential exercises to gain flexibility and coordination to help them train their growing body and mind. This classes are fun and indubitably will impact thru their entire lives setting on the children the bases for a healthy life.
Children (ages 7-12)
Our children program is designed on instilling a strong mentality in our students. It prepares them to face confidently the challanges outside of our school in their day to day life. It enables them to understand the importance of keeping a active lifestyle specially thru physical and mental exercising for the sake of health improvement besides of setting the foundation of Taekwon-Do and self defense
We teach our students moral values as part of our Taekwon-do philosophy such as courtesy, integrity ,perseverance, self control and indomibable spirit, this values are observe for our students not only in the our Taekwon-Do center but at home and their schools.
Teens (ages 13-17)
At The Legacy Taekwon-Do Center, the focus of our training in this program, is not only on physical strength and growth, but also on important skills that lead to personal success in life. We believe that a healthy individual is characterized by a strong body and a strong mind. In our classes the students can expect to participate in a intensive Taekwon-Do and self defense training
while they develop the sum total of their physical, mental, emotional, and social characteristics, leading them to a positive change in their lives.
Adults (ages 18 and up)
In our Adult Classes you can expect to sweat, lose weight, decrese body fat and tone your muscles and burn calories 700 Cal. por session wich is that is above than in any other sport, no matter your age or experience, since your body sets its own limits. You will participate in a fun and fulfilling workout while you learn reality based self defense that really works!..
CKB Boot Camp (Ages 16and up)
Is a combination of boxing, Taekwon-Do striking techniques, cardio conditioning and challanging work out specially designed for people who wants to get the benefits of martial arts but without the rules of a traditional training.
Is a heavy bag slamming, stress releasing, stretching and muscles conditioning program that will make you sweat as never before and learn serius self defense. Because of our dynamic program, adults will be constantly challenged at each lesson while having a great time in a professional atmosphere.
Personal Training
Is specialized fitness training individually focused on achieving your health and fitness goals ( lose weight, tone up, cardio conditioning & more).
The fitness sessions are conducted in the privacy of our studio, your home or at the preferred location of your choice.
Your trainer will also provide you with the ongoing information, essential encouragement and motivation to assist you in attaining your goals in a safe, time efficient manner.
