What Is Personal Training?

Personal training is specialized fitness training individually focused on achieving your health and fitness goals ( lose weight, tone up, cardio conditioning & more)

During the initial consultation we will discuss lifestyle factors, personal goals, medical history / injuries and diet. A specific program will be designed to meet your individual needs.

The fitness sessions are conducted in the privacy of our studio, your home or at the preferred location of your choice

Your trainer will also provide you with the ongoing information, essential encouragement and motivation to assist you in attaining your goals in a safe, time efficient manner.

Do I have to be fit?    No, we specialize in getting you fit, healthy and in the best shape of your life. It is a personalized program and all levels and ages are catered for.

How long will it take to see and feel a difference in my body?     If you are dedicated and serious about it you should see a big change in yourself within 4-6weeks. But you only get out what you put in.

What if I lack motivation?    Just turn up! We will definitely inspire you, and motivate you. It is our job after all. As you progress and feel the changes you will become excited and self motivated.

Can I afford it?    We have sessions and packages to cater for all budgets. No membership fees. 1 on 1, Training and pairs sessions

How often do I have to train?     It’s up to you. Depending on your goals and your budget.  Most clients train   1-2 sessions per week. You will be given some exercises and stretches in which you can perform in your own time also.

Do you advise clients on eating?   Yes, we certainly do. As your diet plays a big role in weight loss and we will help you in every way possible to obtain your goal quickly and safely.
