Cat/ Cow stretch. Increases the flexibility of the spine, releases upper, middle and low back tention as well as stiffness in the shoulder and neck. Strengthens the abdominal muscles and gently stimulates digestion.

Warrior I and WarriorII strengther the body overall ( develop the arms and leg tone, abdominal muscles), help develop stamina, determination, self esteem.

Side Angle Pose - strengthens legs, arms, and abdominal and back muscles. This pose increases mobility of shoulders, neck and upper back as well as improves balance and concentration.
